Maui, Spring 2002

Last spring we hooked up on a $595 deal for  five nights and six days at the Maui Marriot.  The package included a rental car and $150 in certificates for use at the Marriot  if Char and I listened to the 1 hour time-share pitch.  At the time, I had enough frequent flier miles to get 3 of the 4 of us there for free.  So off we went our our first class bargain vacation.

Everybody had a great time. With the possible exception of the time Charla picked up a rotten coconut off the side of the road and the rotten milk spilled on her shirt.  What a terrible smell.  I hope we can find a way to go again in the next few years.
